Semiconductor Training @ Rs.1 : What engineers and experts wanted?

In the past almost around one day, I have received the good response and hundreds of mails with encouraging comments. Most of the industrial experts and students have expressed their thoughts to help me in such noble initiative. I am thankful to them and this will be successful initiative and Indian semiconductor industry will be benefited.
Most of the comments regarding the Semiconductor Training @Rs1 are revolving around the innovation and research. Following are few comments which need more discussion to make the training effective .Most of the engineers has requested following in the course curriculum :
  1. The course material with the practical exposure and examples.
  2. The course should be delivered by experts and industry professionals.
  3. Most of the engineers wrote that: they are willing to join such type of initiative as it is beneficial to the society and humanity. Even most of the engineers are ready to scarifies for the setup facilities as it is Rs.1 training.
  4. The most important request from many professionals is to impart the semiconductor education with the idea of innovation and research. Most of them feel that, this will be useful to improve the thought process of engineers and in long term it will be helpful to them in the industrial environment.
  5. Most of the expert feels that, if practical project work has research and innovation base then it will penetrate the good practical exposure.
  6. Most of the engineers wanted to see the RTL design implementations on the FPGA boards. Even most of them requested for use of the FPGA boards for the design and testing of the RTL designs.
  7. Most of the engineers and experts wanted to see the classroom coaching to clear the fundamentals and most of them requested for the  practical implementation and the project work with the complex research oriented problems.
  8. One of the request from the research engineers is to impart the training at Bangalore, so that most of the students and organizations can interact with each other and it can improve the practicality.
  9. Few of professionals and experienced engineers have come forward to help me in such initiative and they are willing to deliver lectures at Pune. Even most of the professionals and owners are ready to help in the industry standard course creation without charging the money.
  10. Few of the engineering students requested for the online education with the practical exposure.
Really I am blessed and fortunate that in India most of the professionals and experts in the core semiconductor area are willing to help such initiative. Finally benefit of the engineers and imparting the real practical oriented education is the true noble objective of this initiative.
Most of the educational organization imparts the basic logic design training without any practical considerations. But the semiconductor industry needs the Logic Design concepts for the real complex and practical implementations. So I have included the complex system design features, processor logic designs and interface designs in the Logic design module. This will really helpful to the engineers to understand the architecture and micro-architecture designs when they will join the industry! So the practical applications and use of Logic Design to design the practical systems and challenges will be covered in the first four weeks of the course.
The reason of expressing all above is to request  the help of professionals and experts to include the valuable suggestions for the other course modules like HDL design, Verification, ASIC synthesis/porting, STA, Low power designs,SOC design and verification, project work. Your valuable suggestions can create the real magic and it can improve the course contents. This will beneficial to the industry as the engineer will be productive in lesser time.
So it is request to all of you to write your comments and suggestions regarding the FPGA, ASIC and SOC design course contents. What you want to see? What you want to learn?and What industry needs? This will really helpful to the industries and to the engineers. Your valuable comments and suggestions will be really helpful to create the practical oriented semiconductor training . With one of the NGO I am trying to establish the low cost setup at Pune.
As said earlier, the website will be ready in the next few weeks and even the course contents for the various courses and online platform for registration will be launched in the next few weeks. With your great support this attempt will be successful.
Our country is great pool of intelligence,  if we try to support each other by imparting the practical experiences then the real educational shift and innovation will happen in our country. All the engineers are future of our country and to make India equipped with the Brain collateral the best idea is " Learn, research and innovate to make in India".
Educational is noble profession and let us impart the zero cost semiconductor training!
